I booked online and thought that I booked the hot tub room based on the pictures attached to the room I selected. When we were checking in, the girl mentioned the room we had. I asked if it was the hot tub room, and stated that was what I thought we had. She said it wasn't but without hesitation or upcharge, she graciously and cheerfully informed us that the hot tub room was available so she would just put us in that one. She explained that there were some errors in the pictures and descriptions online so that mistake happens. We were grateful for the accommodations she made for us. We are husband and wife traveling professional wrestlers and really enjoy a nice hot soak after a show. We are always on the lookout for a go to place in each town we visit. We have found our spot for our Owosso shows, only about 15 mins away.

We were on a motorcycle. Motorcycles are relatively easy to steal. Staff allowed us and 1 other rider (2 bikes) to park under the well lit portico. This is very much appreciated by riders!

The hotel staff was very helpful and check in went well. Room was clean and nice and open.

I called and asked for early check in on our rooms. People checking in on fri got that, ppl checking in on Saturday were told they NEVER do that. Funny as I had an email saying otherwise AND I had talked to the front desk Thursday and was assured, no problem . It was just so frustrating with the guests arriving sat for our son's wedding. 2 rooms was to be ready, not. Also, they wouldn't let me do the check in when we left for pre wedding presentations and when they did finally let our ppl check in, they took their credit cards. That is absolutely unacceptable. I had already been billed for these rooms and now my guests think they have too. I have booked rooms for 15 or so bowlers arriving at different times and never have had this trouble . It was a frustration I did not need preparing for a wedding.
